Pleasant place, comfortable beds, knowledgeable stuff. Huge and impressive rooms. The restaurant was really nice, for dinner. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Not to mention free wifi!

My Christmas stay was great! The hotel was affordable and had a perfect location for exploring the city. Plus, they offered complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi which was a bonus. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The parking was a bit pricey and the staff could have been more friendly. However, these minor issues didn't detract from my overall positive experience.

Pleasant hotel, the stay was pleasant, magnificent location down the street. The room we booked was luxurious and huge with exceptionally comfortable beds including the pull out couch. Loved the restaurant in the lobby of the property. We found everything perfect, recommend it to family and friends.

The suite was very clean, spacious and modern. Beds were extremely comfortable. It also has a great gym so long as you don't need to use it before 7:00 a.m. Service was excellent too.
There was a little noise from neighbours coming in late, however, the hotel asked us to report it in future and the matter would be dealt with promptly.

Suite was spacious, clean and contemporary. Great value and excellent staff. Even had a full size kitchen.
Hotel parking rates exceeded daily maximum public parking rates for same parking lot. Parking lot was pricey and cramped. Navigating an SUV instead of a rwntal car would have be challenge, as evidenced by all the scrape ,arks on the walls.

The friendly staff, my grandaughters were really excited it was their first hotel experience in the "big city". We will certainly stay again. We were especially happy with the upgrade.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite at no extra expense, it was quiet and relaxing. The rooms were well equipped, kitchen had all the cookware needed The staff were quite helpful and friendly, location good for walking to restaurants and some museums.
Main restaurant, Bay Bistro was not able to provide room service in the evening. When I called to ask, at first, I was told they could, then a few minutes later, they could not. Staff answering phone was not knowledgeable re: avail items or service. Buffet was cold or lukewarm, but tasty. Black Bear pub beside Bay Bistro was excellent. Food fantastic and service good.
